  2. What do I need to qualify? 
    • existing Queensland based small business
    • less than 20 employees and less than $2m revenue in the last 12 months
    • holding ABN and registered for GST
    • declare history of bankruptcy/ insolvency
  3. How much does it cost? – you will need to pay half of the cost of services that get funded. We offer fixed fee legal services for website legals ranging between $597 – $5,997 depending on your needs
  4. What work can I apply to get done? – Legal services that support revenue growth, cost savings, enhance your digital capabilities and provide value for money may be covered. We can audit your online presence and highlight risks to your business, as well as identifying and preparing all the legal terms for your website like terms of use, privacy policies, membership terms and disclaimers.
  5. When does the work get done? – you will need to brief us to get started on your website legal terms within 3 months of the funding grant being approved
  6. Can I get a rebate for work already done? – no, the grant funding is only for work started after you receive your approval letter
  7. Who gets the funding? – if your application for a Queensland government small business grant is successful, the portion covered by the grant will be paid directly to Onyx Online Law upon acceptance of a final project report and completed grant acquittal
